Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of Ibiza in order to list properties in target areas.

• Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring the company’s commission policy is in place.

• Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them.

• Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the deals.

• Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.

Requirements

• Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Ibiza’s market and key areas.

• In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.

• Advanced level of English, Spanish & German.

• Professional presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.

• Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international team.

• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

• Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.

• Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
