Responsibilities

• Act as the primary welcoming presence and point of reference for clients, visitors and colleagues.

• Manage the Lounge café/bar service and overall hospitality experience.

• Continuously curate the atmosphere of the space — music, lighting, order and presentation.

• Ensure the environment consistently reflects brand standards without the need for supervision.

• Oversee the day-to-day condition of the Lounge, maintaining cleanliness, removing unnecessary materials and preserving visual quality.

• Support facilities operations, including coordination with suppliers, ordering, incident management and maintenance follow-up.

• Manage meeting rooms and provide logistical support for client meetings and events.

• Activate the space to encourage engagement and use by both clients and employees.

• Work closely with internal teams to support daily operational needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, premium reception, office management or lifestyle environments (highly valued).

• High level of English, Spanish and Catalan.

• Strong sensitivity to design, detail, atmosphere and user experience.

• Excellent communication skills and a service-driven mindset.

• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking initiative.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Polished presence with a warm, professional host attitude.
