The Role

We are looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join our growing team in Spain.

In this key role, you will support the Capital Markets department in the analysis and valuation of investment opportunities, preparation of marketing materials, and research of market trends to guide strategic decisions.

Your insights and analytical work will play a crucial part in helping investors, institutions, and private clients identify and execute high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Valuations and Analysis of Opportunities: Conduct detailed valuations and financial analyses for assets and portfolios.

• Asset Evaluation: Support investment decisions through asset-level analysis, assessing performance, potential returns, and value-add strategies.

• Valuation & Marketing Materials: Prepare high-quality valuation documents, pitch decks, and investment memoranda for investor presentations and client marketing.

• Market Analysis: Research and interpret key market indicators, pricing trends, yields, and capital flows to support transaction strategies and forecasts.

• Financial Modelling: Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment performance and project feasibility.

• Reporting & Presentations: Develop clear, data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and investors.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Research, Brokerage, and Advisory teams to deliver integrated investment insights and client solutions.

Requirements

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Engineering.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment analysis, asset valuation, and capital markets.

• Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Communication: Excellent ability to produce professional presentations and explain complex analyses clearly.

• Sector Interest: Genuine passion for real estate investment and capital markets.
