Lucas Fox a DILS company is entering an exciting new chapter following our majority acquisition by Dils, a leading international real estate group. This strategic partnership unlocks new growth opportunities in Spain’s luxury real estate market, especially in key destinations like Marbella.

With over 50 years of expertise, Dils operates in Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal, and is transforming the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.

As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our Marbella office. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in Southern Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy and business development efforts for the Marbella region.

  • Oversee a team of agents and team assistant, setting clear goals and driving high performance.

  • Ensure profitability and growth of the business unit, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Represent the Lucas Fox brand in the region, fostering key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Identify market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor KPIs and report regularly to the Regional Director and company leadership.

  • Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent within the office.

  • Guarantee that compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction levels are consistently high.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in commercial leadership positions within the Marbella real estate market.

  • Proven experience leading sales teams in high-performance environments.

  • Strong understanding of the Marbella real estate market and international client base.

  • Native or fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).

  • Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating multicultural teams.

  • Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
