Responsibilities

• Slide into the HR scene like a boss, helping us seek, screen, and vibe with potential talent.

• Get down with the organization game, making sure our recruitment events are on point and running smooth for our peeps.

• Dive deep into candidate profiles, shoot some DMs to potential rockstars, and lock in interviews like a pro.

• Let your creativity flow as you help us craft dope job postings and social media content that'll have everyone buzzing.

• Get in on some special projects and gigs that'll shape the future of our team and company.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You have an active Internship Agreement.

• You´re fluent in Spanish and have an advanced English

• You're all about making connections and helping others shine – being a people person is in your DNA.

• You've got that hustle mentality and you're always down to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

• Your communication game is strong, and you thrive in a fast-paced vibe.

• You're a pro at sliding into DMs and you know your way around Microsoft Office and LinkedIn like a boss.
