Client Relations Agent
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Client Relations Agent to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying national and international client inquiries via phone, email, and other digital tools. We are seeking a motivated junior professional with a passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset to support our dynamic and experienced sales team.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients through phone, email, and digital channels.
Prequalify leads by understanding their property needs and preferences.
Reactivate client accounts, identifying opportunities to reconnect and provide tailored property recommendations.
Collaborate closely with our sales agents to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
Stay updated on our property portfolio and market trends to effectively guide clients.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages, like French or others, are highly valued.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Sales Mindset: A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to excel in a sales-driven environment.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
