Responsibilities

• Market and Target Analysis: Conduct market studies and target analysis for new real estate projects.

• Report and Statistics Generation: Develop reports and statistics using internal and external data, and present the results clearly and concisely.

• Financial Projections: Build financial projections and analyze different pricing options to ensure project profitability.

• Creating Presentations: Create professional and detailed presentations for a demanding audience, highlighting findings and recommendations based on detailed analyses.

Requirements

• Academic Background: University degree in a relevant discipline (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.).

• Technical Skills: Excel, Data Analysis tools, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Financial Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and financial modelling.

• Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Presentation Skills: Ability to create effective and professional presentations.

• Interest in the Sector: A genuine interest in real estate asset management.
