Responsibilities

• Helping to organize and manage important documents.

• Learning to navigate our CRM system and providing basic IT support.

• Supporting the commercial and legal teams with their daily tasks.

• Getting involved in marketing activities to help boost our brand.

• Ensuring the office runs smoothly by helping with supplies and logistics.

• Welcoming clients and providing great customer service.

• Assisting with reports, presentations, and sales reviews.

Requirements

• University agreement for full time internship

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Professional, organized, good communication skills, self-motivated and driven to achieve top results

• Results-oriented and able to work in an international team

• Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Organized and a hands-on person
