Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Hotel Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, market research, and financial reporting.

You will evaluate hotel performance metrics, revenue trends, occupancy levels, and competitive market data to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze hotel performance indicators including occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR, and revenue trends

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports

  • Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability and guest satisfaction

  • Support revenue management and pricing strategies

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for hotel projects

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams

  • Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems

  • Present analytical findings to management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Experience in hotel analytics or finance preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of hospitality KPIs and benchmarking tools

  • Financial modeling and forecasting abilities

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
