Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO Commercial to support the leadership of the Spanish commercial business at Dils.

You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Commercial, ensuring seamless management of day-to-day priorities, strategic coordination, and executive operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will play a key role in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic growth, commercial execution, and expansion across the Spanish market.

Responsibilities

  • Full management and prioritisation of the CEO Commercial’s agenda

  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clients

  • Preparation of briefing documents, presentations, and executive materials

  • Travel coordination (national and international), including end-to-end itinerary management

  • Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Support in the follow-up of strategic and commercial initiatives

  • Ensure alignment and smooth communication across leadership teams

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

  • Support in ad-hoc projects, reporting, and executive-level coordination

  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and operational challenges

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting executives

  • Strong experience in fast-paced, international or corporate environments

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus!

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, consulting, finance, or professional services

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments

  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

  • Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
