Manager — Living (Flex Living, PBSA, BTR, BTS)

Description

We are looking for a Manager — Living (Flex Living, PBSA, BTR, BTS) to help drive and expand our activity across some of the fastest-growing segments of the institutional residential market in Spain, including Flex Living, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), BTR (Build to Rent) and BTS (Build to Sell).

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to help build and shape a high-growth business area from a leading market position, supported by an established platform and an active client network.

Responsibilities

• Advise investors, developers and operators on transactions involving assets and portfolios across the Living sector.

• Identify and manage investment, divestment and asset repositioning opportunities.

• Prepare market analysis, valuations and presentation materials for institutional clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with family offices, investment funds, developers and operators active in the Living sector.

• Contribute to positioning Dils as a leading advisor in the Living segment in Spain.

• Support business development initiatives and originate new opportunities across different Living asset classes.

• Collaborate closely with other business lines within Dils to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment banking or direct investment, with exposure to alternative assets.

• Strong understanding of the Living ecosystem in Spain, including asset classes, deal structures, key operators and investors.

• Proven ability to manage transaction processes autonomously from origination through execution.

• Client-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.

• Fluent English is required, with experience working in international environments.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Engineering; a Master's degree in Real Estate or related fields is highly valued.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
