Head of Logistics

Description

We are looking for a Head of Industrial & Logistics to lead and expand our Industrial & Logistics business in Spain, driving advisory, leasing and investment activity across one of the fastest-growing sectors within the real estate market.

This person will play a key role in strengthening Dils Spain’s positioning within the logistics and industrial sector, leading business development initiatives, managing strategic client relationships and supporting the growth of the platform both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Industrial & Logistics business line in Spain across leasing, investment and advisory activities.

• Drive business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with occupiers, investors, developers and logistics operators.

• Advise clients on industrial and logistics transactions, including leasing strategies, acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, occupiers, family offices and key market stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends, supply-demand dynamics and investment activity within the industrial and logistics sector.

• Work closely with Capital Markets, Research, Land & Development and other business lines to support cross-selling and integrated client solutions.

• Lead strategic pitches, client presentations and commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate and mentor the Industrial & Logistics team, fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial and high-performance culture.

• Represent Dils Spain externally through industry events, conferences and networking initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience within Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets or commercial real estate advisory.

• Strong understanding of the Spanish industrial and logistics market, including occupier trends, investment activity and development pipelines.

• Track record in originating and executing industrial and logistics transactions.

• Strong commercial mindset and established network within the sector.

• Ability to combine strategic vision, market knowledge and business development capabilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• High level of English and Spanish required.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and ability to operate in a fast-growing environment.
