Responsibilities

• Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners, ensuring compliance with the company’s commission policy.

• Manage client relationships, providing feedback and regular reports to owners on market conditions and properties listed with Lucas Fox.

• Business development in assigned areas through property prospecting, networking activities, and other initiatives.

• Manage assigned clients from the first contact with potential buyers through to the completion and post-closing of transactions.

• Oversee the full sales cycle and provide constructive and creative options and solutions to sellers and buyers to successfully close deals.

• Maintain the CRM updated with client requirements and manage your personal database in line with business needs and company activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial areas, with specific knowledge of La Moraleja and its key zones.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).

• Professional, with a good appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Financially and results-driven, capable of working in a collaborative international team.

• Proactive, with a positive “can-do” attitude.

• Organized, willing to work flexible hours, practical and solution-oriented.

• Exceptional level of customer service, preferably with experience serving demanding national and international clients.
