Responsibilities

Property Video Production for Website & Portals

• Coordinate and execute three high-end property video shoots per day in collaboration with agents, owners, photographers, and architects.

• Capture exceptional footage using iPhone 15 Pro & DJI Osmo SE Stabilizer, ensuring each property’s finest details are highlighted.

• Edit videos using iMovie on Mac, maintaining a sleek and professional aesthetic.

• Upload and manage content on Vimeo and integrate video links into Salesforce.

Luxury Content Creation for Social Media

• Work with agents and presenters to create engaging, high-quality social media content.

• Select properties with the most remarkable design and features for tailored marketing campaigns.

• Use RODE Wireless microphone for superior sound quality in property presentations.

• Develop premium content formats, including: Architectural showcases emphasizing the home’s design and finishes. Agent-led property walkthroughs for an immersive experience. Exclusive property presentations targeting high-net-worth buyers.

• Manage Lucas Fox Barcelona’s Instagram and YouTube accounts, engaging with comments, messages, and collaborations.

AI-Enhanced Renders & Visual Improvements

• Collaborate with agents and designers to create premium renders of properties.

• Utilize AI tools via Nodalview to generate visually stunning property images.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with the high standards of luxury real estate marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation.

• Strong knowledge of luxury branding and aesthetic presentation.

• Proficiency in iMovie (or equivalent software) and familiarity with social media content strategies.

• Detail-oriented with an eye for architectural and interior design.

• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for high-end real estate.
